My Journey
Thanks to martial art, I’ve learned from my very young age focus and determination
My mindset has been shaped with Karaté, Aikïdo & Jujitsu
focusI started geeking out with linux
Began my journey in software development, focusing on web technologies
careerI started very early as IT instructor
Mastering linux system administration, I started to teach to engineers how to deploy complexe managing system based on LDAP, samba and all the usual internet services deployed in SMEs companies.
milestoneI joined a banking company Experian
My first task was to migrate a complexe payment system automating everything, reducing the amount of maintenance time by 10X, from 5 employees to 0.5. time for me to enjoy good “on-call” money while going to the beach ;-). This achievement led to a managerial role, where I focused on industrializing projects by setting up internal tools and processes for a 500-employee company.
achievementMy first startup, First big Fail, The most valuable lesson of my life
I took a leap of faith and dove headfirst into the world of entrepreneurship as the CEO and CTO of my first startup, Woopstore. What a ride! It was challenging, often painful, but incredibly rewarding. That experience opened my eyes to the vast amount of knowledge I still needed to acquire. While this first venture had no real chance of success, it became the foundation for the next phase of my career, teaching me invaluable lessons that shaped the entrepreneur I am today.
startupThe Fractional CTO journey
I started working as a freelance CTO back in 2013, while working on my own startup. Focusing on what I was doing the best, building tech product, I eventually learned over the years from hundreds startup projects, amazing entrepreneur and developers to become the CTO I am today.
CTOLeadership Philosophy
The best way to predict the future is to create it.
Innovation happens at the intersection of deep technical knowledge and creative problem-solving.
The best technical leaders are those who can bridge the gap between business vision and technical reality.
AI is not just about automation, it's about augmenting human capabilities to solve previously impossible problems.
